GIVE TO HELP A CHILD OR WIDOW:
*$35 a month enables us to provide a child with a good education, as well as meet their basic needs. Faithful monthly donors also enable us to bring in more children.
*$15 a month helps us to provide a widow two meals a day, sweaters, blankets, one new dress a year and repair their roofs when needed. A few of the more desperate widows live at the HOPE home.
"Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. Welcome to Right Hand Ministries! We are a Christian ministry dedicated to being a channel of the love of Jesus Christ for the poor, and caring for orphans and widows. Our prayer is that those who look through this site will be "moved with compassion" as our Lord Jesus was when seeing the desperate condition of the multitudes (Matt. 9:36). Right Hand Ministries is committed to caring for orphans and widows by meeting both physical and spiritual needs empowered and motivated by the love of Jesus, as well as helping poor ministers and ministries fulfill their call in God. Go to the Ministries page to see some of the people and ministries we are involved with. In the photo above you see 2 small girls bowing to an idol. Many of the orphans we assist would still be doing that today if not for God's love (and His love working through your help) to rescue them and provide them a safe place to live. HOPE SCHOOL: Pray and Help Us Reach More Children Over the past several months many have had a part in getting this school off to a successful start. There have been times of discouragement and obstacles, but when it's all said and done, we are conducting the school in nice new classrooms, with a new school office and bathrooms, and 35 beautiful children besides our 35 HOPE children. It's a slower start than what we had hoped for, but our hope is in Him and His faithfulness. It's exciting to know that the Lord is walking us through this, and will amazingly supply, all for His glory! Even though there are various construction projects to be finished, supplies to be purchased, and transportation issues to be figured out, our hope is in Him who is more than able to richly provide! Please pray for our HOPE School. We want this school to glorify the Lord & draw children closer to Him.
MINISTRY AMONG TRIBAL VILLAGES
In 2007 & 2008 there was great persecutiion in the India state of Orissa. Thousands of homes were destroyed, churches & schools damaged and many died. We're thankful the Lord has hooked us up with good people that are truly making a difference in some of the tribal villages in this forest area (Read more about Orissa) |
