Help us provide schooling and malaria treatment for poor village children	HELP CHILDREN IN ORISSA, INDIA. In this mountainous/forest area of Orissa, the Lord has enabled us to help many children who have had malaria. This is an ongoing need that we will try to continue assisting them with. Another need is to have tutoring for the many village children that are not in school. Because some hostel school children were killed during a massive 2008 persecution of Christians, many parents are not willing to send their children to hostels, or to any schools run by non-Christians. The ministry we are connected with has believers in 15 villages, and many of these villages do not have schools, and it is difficult to reach the schools even if the parents are willing to get the children there. The literacy rate in these forest villages is less than 20% and the children have little hope of receiving an education at this time. The Lord has led us to build a small tuition center so that some of the village children can learn basic skills and not be illiterate when they are adults. Their tribal language is Kui, and they do have the New Testament in their language. It would be great if the children could learn to read their Bibles, as well as have a better opportunity to get better jobs in the future. PRAY about helping us with this precious ministry.
	CARING FOR MANY MORE WIDOWS. Millions of widows around the world are in need. Without nursing facilities or government assistance, who's going to help them if their children or grandchildren are not able or willing? There are needy widows/widowers in most poor churches in villages and towns of poor nations around the world. There's many more we can help if we have the funds.
	PUTHRA & HIS FATHER (2nd from right & left): Gospel Band pastors in about 5 India villages. RHM supports both of these men on a regular basis. They have been faithful servants of the Lord for many years, not seeking any earthly rewards. For many years they have not had a house to live in, but live in their small church. Both are married, Puthra having 2 small children. House: About $1,800 has been given, another $1,500 needed (this for a concrete home. Cannot build a simple thatched home as with the widows because of the many snakes in their area)
	JEBARAJ is director of a student ministry in Chennai, perhaps the 4th largest city in India with about 7 million people. Jebaraj has a vision to reach many young people (and others) through the use of multimedia technology. His salary alone is hardly sufficient to care for his family, so additional giving relieves the financial burden. Pray that the Lord will guide him in regard to using media to reach youth.
	HOPE ORPHANAGE: Many opportunities & needs with the children and widows. Search the site for more info. Money for the different projects is needed and greatly appreciated, but Monthly support is also very much needed.
	VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, run by the Gospel Band (a group of churches in India). Offers several technical courses to help train both believers and non-believers, hoping to equip mostly poor youth to be able to get better jobs in the future. They also want to use this school as an opportunity to minister Jesus to the students. Biggest current need is regular giving to cover teachers salaries; also needing more teachers.
