Below are some of the projects that are either already underway or still in the planning stages, perhaps waiting for funds. Please pray about helping with one or more of these projects. Each one of them is a different expression of our Father's love, either to the orphans & needy children, widows/widowers, building up the Body of Christ or reaching out to those who don't know Him. These projects only become reality as people are moved with His compassion to reach out to needy and/or hurting people. Any money that you give will only be used as you designate it. HOPE TAILORING SHOP |

| At the HOPE Orphanage some of the older girls have already had some instruction in tailoring. Money has been given for more machines and tables, and space has been set aside on the upper floor for 2 tailoring rooms. The roof slab and columns have been completed. The goal is to finish these 2 rooms, where material would be stored and the stitching would be done. Once the building has been completed, we'd like to build a small tailoring shop along the front wall of HOPE where we could do business and earn income for the home. This will also provide jobs for some of our girls and boys when they are finished with school. Estimated cost for the 2 upstairs tailoring rooms at the current exchange rate is approximately $4500. The tailoring shop to be built later would run about $8,000. |

Since the above photo was taken, 2 guest rooms and much of the staircase has been completed on the upper floor (all of the downstairs has been completed). Still to be finished upstairs are 6 classrooms and bathrooms for the HOPE School, and 2 tailoring rooms (roof slab and columns already done). This wall at the back of the orphanage also needs to be built. We can build a little bit at a time as funds come in if necessary. Total estimated cost for the upstairs work at current exchange rate is between $20,000 and $25,000. The outside wall is about $2300. This home can easily house about 25-30 girls, as well as have the HOPE School upstairs, the tailoring rooms, and be a place of ministry for the HMP widows. |

HOPE BOYS HOME & LAND |

LAND FOR HOPE & WIDOWS HOME |
| Up until sometime in 2009 the boys had always been together with the girls. As the boys are growing the need for a separate place for the boys was apparent. In late 2009 Isaac and Smitha felt the Lord's leading to move with the boys to the previous HOPE home, where all the family stayed until late 2008 (this is Devasahayam & Buelah's personal home, and so HOPE is renting from them). Our plans are to find a place a little further away from the present facility (where land is also cheaper), get a larger piece of land if the Lord is willing, and build a small home for the boys. They would hopefully still be close enough to attend the HOPE School. Basically, we're planning to have 2 separate orphanages, one for boys and one for girls. Estimated cost for land is uncertain; pray for a good bargain. Cost for a 1,000 sq. ft. home (big enough for 10-12 boys) should be under $20,000. |

The above photo is land that is west of the HOPE Orphanage. Actually, there is land for sell to the west, north and south of HOPE, but all of it is ridiculously priced. The owner to the west has less than a quarter of an acre, asking about $20,000! The owners to the north and south want much more than that! Pray the Lord will give us favor, as land prices have doubled over the last few years. Our desire is to have some property adjoining the HOPE home, where we could begin trying to grow some of our own food, have some cows or water buffalo for milk, as well as build a small home for some of the more desperate widows who have no one to care for them. We have had several widows stay at HOPE, but the ideal situation is to have a separate place for them, especially when they are in their dying stages and lose bladder control, etc.. It also would be a place where other unwanted HMP widows could come and spend time in prayer and fellowship instead of just wandering around their neighborhoods. Estimated cost for a widows home about $20,000 or less. For land, pray for a miracle. (Eph. 3:20) |
